General 

  • Initial consultation£60
    Obligatory for all new patients accessing our services so that we can learn about you, and assess and discuss your needs and preferences. We will discuss your options including applicable techniques, materials and other design options, maintenance and additional or adjuvant treatments that may benefit you. You will also receive a quote for any services not listed as standard on our price list.
  • Silicone prosthesis review (no colour retouch)£65
    Your prosthesis will be removed, inspected and thoroughly cleaned. Your defect will also be inspected, cleaned and implant health (where applicable) will be assessed. This service does not include a colour touch up, but some minor adjustments or repairs may be possible depending on the extent and type of damage
  • Silicone prosthesis review and colour retouch£110
    During this appointment, your prosthesis and defect area will be examined and thoroughly cleaned. Where applicable, implants can be assessed and tightened as needed and cleaned. During this appointment we are able to retouch your prosthesis if it has discoloured, using extrinsic colouring to try and extend the life of your current prosthesis. Other minor repairs may be possible depending on the extent and type of damage
 
 

Ocular

PMMA in-dwelling eyes and scleral shells

  • Ocular prosthesis/scleral shell provision£1500
    Regular service comprising impression, wax try with gaze placement, ocular painting, fitting, and post fit review
  • Express eye service£1700
    All the required clinical visits for manufacturing in one long session: impression, wax trial and gaze placement, iris paint and scleral matching. Fitting at the following clinic, or whenever you would like to come back. A 2 to 3 weeks post fit review is also included to make sure everything is as it should be and adjustments for comfort can be made
  • Duplicate prosthesis£500 - 900 (depending on complexity)
    An extra prosthesis can be made at the time of manufacture of a new prosthesis, or a duplicate can be made of your current or new prosthesis in a design or colour of your choosing. We can make a realistic copy so you have a spare, produce a novelty iris-pupil design or make a block colour prosthesis.
  • Ocular review£60
    Full ocular MOT: prosthesis inspection and polish, as well as socket/pthisical eye examination and saline wash. It is very important that you have a minimum of 1 check-up per year to ensure your prosthesis is clean and fitting well, and that your socket is healthy. ​ We recommend that you have your prosthesis professionally descaled, cleaned, polished and re-inserted at least once a year. Some people may need more regular check-ups due to excess secretion or even due to dusty home/work environments.
 
 

Auricular

Full or partial silicone ear prostheses. Price per single prosthesis. Prices reflect the cost of a full auricular prosthesis. Please attend a consultation to receive a quote for a partial

  • New adhesive retained ear£1500
    All stages of manufacture and fitting of an adhesive retained silicone ear- impression/scan, wax trial, colour matching, fitting and post-fit review. Includes provision of water- or solvent- based glue and remover.
  • New implant retained ear£2000
    All stages of manufacture and fitting of an adhesive retained silicone ear- impression/scan, wax trial, colour matching, fitting and post-fit review. Price dependent on implant components being in situ. We can work with magnets, bar and clip or button/mushroom abutments. If required, we can replace abutment components at extra cost
  • Replacement or duplicate adhesive retained ear£450
    If you already have a mould for a prosthesis made with us that you are happy with and still fits well (i.e. nothing on you has changed), we can produce a duplicate. All we need is a colour match and fit appointment.
  • Replacement or duplicate implant retained ear£700
    If you already have a mould for a prosthesis made with us that you are happy with and still fits well (i.e. nothing on you has changed), we can produce a duplicate. All we need is a colour match and fit appointment. If required, we can replace abutment components at extra cost
 
 

Orbital and complex mid-facial

Silicone prosthesis to reconstruct the eye and cheek area. Can be in combination with nasal and obturators (complex mid-facials)

    All stages of manufacture and fitting of an implant retained silicone nose- impression/scan, ocular component manufacture, wax trial, colour matching, fitting and post-fit review.   • New complex mid facial£Price on quotation
    All stages of manufacture and fitting of an implant retained silicone mid-facial prosthesis- impression/scan, ocular component manufacture, wax trial, colour matching, fitting and post-fit . Price is dependant on implant components being in situ. We can work with implants fitted with magnets, bar and clip or button/mushroom abutments, as well as obturators with magnets already in place. If required, we can replace abutment components at extra cost. N.B. WE DO NOT REMAKE OR ADJUST OBTURATORS

    All stages of manufacture and fitting of a new silicone digit- impression/scan, sleeve trial and design adjustment, colour matching, fitting and post-fit review. Price depends on extent of the prosthesis, and whether or not it is a thumb (which is more expensive)
  • Replacement or duplicate silicone digit£295
    If you already have a mould for a prosthesis made with us that you are happy with and still fits well (i.e. nothing on you has changed), we can produce a duplicate. All we need is a colour match and fit appointment. Price depends on prosthesis
  • Partial hand/foot£Price on quotation
    A realistic partial hand or foot prosthesis made to copy as closely as possible your real one. Includes a scan, mockup appointment, colour match and fit
  • Full silicone hand prosthesis£6000
    A realistic full hand prosthesis made to copy as closely as possible your real one. Includes a scan, trial sleeve and mockup appointment, colour match, fit and post fit review

Breast, Nipple and Tissue/skin contour prostheses

 

  • Breast Prostheses£1500
    Custom and fit to your new body contour, offering great comfort. We will aim to perfectly mirror your unaffected breast and colour match to produce a realistic result. Your prosthesis can be foam-filled to make it ultra lightweight, or gel to give it a heavier and more realistic feel.
  • Nipple prosthesis while you wait£150 for 2; £200 for 4
    This service allows you to have a custom made nipple prosthesis made while you wait. If you have a nipple on your contralateral breast, silicone impression material will be used to make an exact copy. We will take 2 impressions to make 2 prostheses (so you can have a spare). If you do not have a nipple to copy, we can choose from a variety of designs and colours which can be mixed and matched to make a custom made prosthesis specially for you.   • Skin and contour prostheses£Price on quotation
    Skin-like prostheses for areas of scarring or abnormal contour. For example for partial breast, limbs, forehead, cheeks, and more. A consultation is required to determine what we can do for you, discuss material options and to obtain a quote. Treatment involves scan/impression, wax trial, colour match, fit and post-fit review appointments
 
 

Keloid splinting for ears

Dynamic splinting therapy or maintanence post surgery.

 

  • New keloid splint£150
    This service involves 3 appointments included in the price: an impression/scan (depending on location, size and shape) appointment followed by a fit with any necessary adjustment, and a 2-week post fit review to ensure everything is as it should be.
  • Keloid splint review and adjustment/repair£60
    For anyone undergoing dynamic splinting treatment with us, we recomment attending for a review around every 6 to 8 weeks to make sure everything is working well, and to highlight any potential. This can involve addition of material to increase pressure on the scar as it shrinks, relieve pressure if there is too much on one particular area, or repair a fracture to the splint
  • Review/ Adjustment package£360
    Package of 6 review appointments for keloid splinting. Schedule at your leisure for check-ups, tightening and repairs. Appointments are recommended every 6-8 weeks during active treatment
